• Creation of Custom Themes and/or plugins for WordPress
• Plan, execute, and ensure the quality of each assigned project
• Guide, support, and mentor your team members
• Periodically interact with your assigned clients in a professional manner, providing peace of mind and effective solutions for complex requirements if necessary
• Understand client requirements, propose concrete solutions, and ensure their proper implementation
• Regularly report progress and status of your projects

Expectations:

• Efficiently carry out a project from start to finish Lead teams autonomously and with discretion
• Ability to efficiently train new developers Make timely decisions in assigned projects
• Resolve internal conflicts neutrally
